Public Administration Reforms during Fiscal Crisis in Lithua-nia: Perceptions of Senior Civil Servants

Abstract: The empirical results of executive survey on public administration reform are presented covering reform trends, reform results, results oriented culture and coordination in Lithuanian public administration during fiscal crisis since 2008.
