Abstract: Background: The purpose of this study was to experimentally assess the dosimetric impact of leaf interdigitation for NSCLC sliding window IMRT (dMLC) plans in Monaco TPS. Methods: 20 NSCLC patients (one to four isolate targets) previously treated were re-planned for dMLC with and without leaf interdigitation. Elekta synergy linear accelerator was used in this study.
