Psychosocial occupational risk factors present in the work environment of paramedics

Abstract: Wprowadzenie i cel pracy. Ratownicy medyczni ze względu na specyfikę i charakter pracy wykonują czynności zawodowe w narażeniu na działanie zagrożeń psychospołecznych. Oddziaływanie zagrożeń psychospołecznych w procesie pracy może wpływać negatywnie na ich zdrowie zarówno fizyczne, jak i psychiczne.
