Psychosis and iddle cranial fossa arachnoid cyst: Case report and literature review

Abstract: Controversies emerged in linking middle cranial fossa-arachnoid cyst to psychosis. Despite the anatomical association between such cyst and psychosocial behaviour, still several features of the cyst itself hamper causation.
