Abstract: The study will be found interesting by anyone who takes such studies seriously.Benussi's book (1) is the most important publication of recent years; it summarizes the older and recent experimental work, and so fills a long felt want, but suffers from an excess of constructive and postulatory material which is by no means an aid to the student.
