Psychopathology in Sri Lankan patients with first-episode psychosis

Abstract: BackgroundFirst episode psychosis (FEP) is the first episode of a psychiatric illness with psychotic symptoms. Delay in diagnosis increases the duration of untreated psychosis (DUP) and leads to poorer outcome.
