Psychometric Properties of the Albanian Version of the Nursing Self-Efficacy Scale

Abstract: There are few tools to ascertain self-efficacy, which is a valuable component of nursing skills. This study has tested the psychometric properties of an Albanian translation of the Nursing Profession Self-Efficacy Scale (NPSES), which is based on Bandura’s theory of social cognition.
