Abstract:Background: Autonomous self-regulation is a proxy for adapting long-term healthy behaviors with major impact on prevention of chronic illnesses. The psychometric properties of the Treatment Self-Regulation Questionnaire- Persian version (TSRQ-P) was assessed in this study for use in examination of autonomous regulation among the Iranian type 2 diabetes patients.
