Psychological status of patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis during coronavirus disease-2019 outbreak

Abstract: Highlights RRMS patients had different degrees of fear of COVID-19 disease. Levels of anxiety are higher among RRMS patients during the COVID-19 outbreak then in regular circumstances. Depression and higher disability are independent risk factors for lower QoL of RRMS patients. Healthcare organizations must provide professional therapeutic advice and psychosocial support for RRMS patients during pandemic.
