Abstract: Infertility is the inability of couples to achieve pregnancy within one year of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. It affects around 8 to 12% of reproductive-aged couples globally, with one-third of cases caused by male issues, one-third by female issues, and one-third by a combination of both or unknown factors.
