Psychological characteristics of gym exercisers

Abstract: The goal of the study was a determination of the difference between established psychological features of the males who exercise in gyms and those who do not. The research was conducted during 2016, and the sample consisted of exercisers (109 respondents), as well as non-exercisers (96 respondents). Respondents who exercise show more pronounced extraversion, neuroticism, aggression, openness, positive valence, negative valence, conscientiousness, self-confidence, dysmorphia in relation to the non-exercisers.
