“…Improving access to mental healthcare is an unmet psychological need that might decrease the odds of probable depression. The association of SC‐needs with depression among cancer patients has been previously described 22,35,40 . However, our findings indicate that high‐quality timely person‐centered cancer care (above 75th percentile, when women totally agreed with receiving timely care) was associated with reduced odds of probable depression in women with breast or cervical cancer, regardless of the patient's sociodemographic and clinical characteristics.…”
