This study exemplifies the viability of combined account, personality and circumstantial factors, for financial delinquency. The participants were 29 senior administrative officers (men) who have access to monetary operations in their organization. Each of them responded, via the telephone, to a type A-B questionnaire and a questionnaire which measured three personality syndromespsychopathy, narcissism and Machiavellianism, known as the "dark triad". The circumstantial part of the design, which was tested in the same meeting, was Anderson's functional measurement of the three components of Cressey's crime model-financial difficulty, opportunity for a delinquent financial decision, and rationalization. Meaningful connections were found between Type A-B and the crime model.

This research examines how participation in the Israeli Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority supervised therapy program for paroled prisoners can reinforce Jewish and Arab prisoners’ locus of control given their cultural diversity. Research participants included 108 paroled prisoners who had taken part in the program during 2019 to 2020. The program appears to have made a positive contribution to participants’ locus of control, particularly among Jewish parolees. For Arab parolees, the program’s strongest contribution was alleviating their apprehensions about returning to prison. Possible Theoretical explanations are offered for this finding, by referring to the concept of “culture-sensitive care” and the potential contribution of a change in perspective regarding the process of ending delinquency.

cпособности личности являются важными и жизненно необходимыми показателями любой деятельности, как для самой личности, так и для общества в целом. При этом способности не в любой ситуации могут быть активированы и реализованы в полной мере, это зависит от мотивации как внешней, так и внутренней, интересов, потребностей, то есть психологических установок. Для выявления причины осуществления деятельности, была поставлена следующая цель исследования: выделить типы проявления способностей личности и психологические установки, влияющие на осуществление деятельности личностью. Для определения типов проявления способностей личности и психологических установок, влияющих на осуществление деятельности личностью, авторами была разработана методика, направленная на определение взаимосвязи степени проявления способностей и степени восприятия влияния психологических установок при выполнении деятельности. В исследовании приняли участие более 200 респондентов. В исследовании выделено три типа психологических установок: интринсивные, экстринсивные (обусловленные совокупностью внешних воздействий), экстринсивные (обусловленные совокупностью окружающих факторов), а также три вида способностей: общие способности, элементарные способности и специальные способности. В результате исследования было выявлено 4 типа проявления способностей личности и психологические установки, влияющие на осуществление деятельности личностью: «Отчуждение», «Компромисс», «Конфликт» и «Консенсус». Практической значимостью исследования определяется возможность использовать результаты при организации целенаправленной деятельности личности с учетом определения степени сформированности способностей и значимой психологической установки. personal abilities are important and vital indicators of any activity, both for the individual himself and for society as a whole. At the same time, abilities cannot be activated and fully realized in any situation, it depends on motivation, both external and internal, interests, needs, that is, psychological attitudes. To identify the reason for the activity, the following research goal was set: to identify the types of manifestation of personality abilities and psychological attitudes that affect the implementation of activities by a person. To determine the types of manifestation of personality abilities and psychological attitudes that affect the performance of activities by a person, the authors have developed a methodology aimed at determining the relationship between the degree of manifestation of abilities and the degree of perception of the influence of psychological attitudes in the performance of activities. More than 200 respondents participated in the study. The study identifies three types of psychological attitudes: intrusive, extrinsive (due to a combination of external influences), extrinsive (due to a combination of environmental factors), as well as three types of abilities: general abilities, elementary abilities and special abilities. As a result of the study, 4 types of manifestation of personality abilities and psychological attitudes that affect the performance of activities by a person were identified: "Alienation", "Compromise", “Conflict” and “Consensus”. The practical significance of the research is determined by the possibility of using the results in the organization of purposeful activity of a person, taking into account the determination of the degree of formation of abilities and a significant psychological attitude.
