PSMA PET ligands in prostate cancer: a game‐changer?

Abstract

A new imaging technique may provide a means of localising recurrent prostate cancer associated with low prostate‐specific antigen levels, which has hitherto been undetectable by conventional imaging methods. Here, the authors describe the technique and outline its potential to allow early intervention and improve outcomes.
