Psychological Well-Being and Job Performance: The Mediating Role of Work Engagement

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of work engagement in the relationship between psychological well-being and job performance. The data were collected from textile workers to test the research's model. The sample of the research was composed of 322 textile workers.
