Pseudoxanthoma Elasticum and Light-Chain Amyloidosis

Abstract: Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is a heritable disorder of connective tissue characterized by cutaneous, vascular and ocular changes that result from the accumulation of fragmented elastic fibres.
