Pseudotumour of the lung caused by Mycobacterium malmoense infection in an HIV positive patient

Abstract: A case of pulmonary Mycobacterium malmoense infection presenting as a pseudotumour of the lung in a severely immunosuppressed HIV infected patient is reported.
