Pseudohyperkalemia associated with essential thrombocytosis; a hint for better clinical practice

Abstract: A 75-year-old Iranian man admitted to the emergency ward of Shariati Hospital, Tehran, Iran, with symptoms of weakness, lethargy, nausea, and vomiting. His past medical history was remarkable for diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
