Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia – a benign and rare tumor of the breast in an adolescent: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundPseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia is an uncommon mesenchymal breast neoplasm.Case presentationHere we present a case of an 11-year old hispanic girl affected by bilateral mammary nodular pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia, an uncommon breast disease, with a review of the literature related to diagnostic workup, differential diagnosis, and management.
