Abstract:A pseudo-univariate calibration model was proposed as an alternative method to determine the antioxidants activity (%RSA) in extract from turmeric powder by using the relative intensity from multivariate curve resolution with alternating least squares (MCR-ALS) from near-infrared (NIR) spectra.
