Abstract: Hydropic leiomyoma (HLM) is one of the rare subtypes of uterine leiomyoma. HLM is characterized by diffuse water degeneration and often secondary cystic changes. While HLM enlarged rapidly, especially with hydrothorax and ascites, they were often misdiagnosed as malignant tumors.
