Introduction: Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common tumor of the salivary glands. Small salivary glands of the lateralwall of the nose are one of the rarest locations of this type of lesion. The growth of tumor is generally limited to the area inwhich it occurs and does not spread to adjacent structures. Surgical tumor resection is the treatment of choice.Case report: We present a case of pleomorphic adenoma of the lateral wall of the nose in a 52-year-old man which wasremoved by endoscopy. The diagnosis was confirmed by histological and immunohistochemical evaluation.
