Abstract: Celem zmian w strukturze szkolnictwa wyższego w Polsce powinno być uruchomienie mechanizmów konkurencyjności, a zasadniczym podmiotem procesu zmian jest przedsiębiorczy uniwersytet. Powstanie przedsiębiorczego uniwersytetu daje szansę społeczności akademickiej na komercjalizację badań naukowych.
