Proximate Analysis of Merang Mushrooms (Volvariella volvacea) Cultivated on Corncob and Rice Bran Media

Abstract: Merang Mushroom (Volvariella volvaceae) is one of the edible mushrooms. The nutritional content of merang mushrooms makes this mushroom has potential as a medicine and food supplement.
