Proximal chemical evaluation and fatty acid in the chicatana ant and jumile

Abstract: In the state of Tlaxcala, Mexico, the chicatana ant (Atta mexicana) and jumile (Edessa spp.) are foods that the population regularly consumes and are alternative sources of nutrients.
