Protrudin-mediated ER-endosome contact sites promote phagocytosis

Abstract: During phagocytosis, endosomes both contribute with membrane to forming phagosomes and promote phagosome maturation. However, how these vesicles are delivered to the phagocytic cup and the phagosome has been unknown.
