Prototyping the Experimental Setup to Quantify the Tissue Oxygen Consumption Rate and Its Preliminary Test

Abstract: In order to establish a reliable and practical method to make a diagnosis on the viability of an amputated extremity, we propose a method to evaluate the oxygen consumption rate.
