Proton pump inhibitor treatment improves pulmonary function in acute exacerbations of COPD patients with 24‐hour Dx‐pH monitoring‐diagnosed laryngopharyngeal reflux

Abstract: Objectives Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients have higher laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR)‐related symptom incidence. But LPR treatment is empirical.
