Abstract: BackgroundTeachers are reported to be at increased risk of common mental health disorders compared to other occupations. Failure to support teachers adequately may lead to serious long-term mental disorders, poor performance at work (presenteeism), sickness absence and health-related exit from the profession. “…En este sentido, nuestros resultados muestran que la dimensión apoyo social y calidad de liderazgo influido no sólo por los dos aspectos del apoyo social (bajo apoyo de superiores y entre colegas) sino por lo que podríamos llamar conflicto de rol (hacer cosas que se sabe se pueden hacer de otro modo.
