Abstract:The aim of this study was to examine the protein expression profiles of persistent Chlamydia pneumoniae by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (2D PAGE) and surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS).
