Protective effects of radix astragali against anoxic damages to in vitro cultured neurons

Abstract: To study the protective effects of radix astragali against anoxic damages to in vitro cultured neurons in rats, NaCN was used to develop a hypoxic model of in vitro cultured neurons from newborn rat cerebral cortex.
