Protective effects of olive in renal failure; a review on current knowledge

Abstract: Context: The pathogenesis of renal damage as a risk factor of renal failure can be due to oxidative stress resulting from an imbalance between the production of free radicals and antioxidants. Therefore, antioxidant therapy can be a good strategy to decrease the effects of such diseases.
