“…Normal uterine epithelial structure is important for implantation of fertilized oocytes and therefore may play a vital role in fertility. This finding agrees with earlier work that vitamin C protect the uterus via protecting endometrial toxicity (Laili et al 2015).…”

“…e role of OS in the pathophysiology of endometriosis is well demonstrated in studies suggesting that the reduction OS is a treatment option [24]. Vitamin C and vitamin E can have interactive effects to reduce cellular damage induced by ROS [25]. It seems vitamin C and vitamin E can be used to neutralize the oxidative damage in endometriosis.…”

“…For mPEO- b -PPS-rhoda NPs, the viability was slightly affected by the presence of the rhodamine-B in RAW cells lines independent of NP sizes or concentration; however, the viability values are still considered satisfactory and were compared with values observed for the FDA-approved polymer polylactic acid (PLA) . It is important to highlight that rhodamine B is considered toxic to cell lines at higher concentrations (Figure S9, RhodB); however, viability data values around 70% are considered normal, especially at the higher concentrations of this study (800 μg·mL –1 ). Taking into account the uptake studies, the NPs concentration utilized were 8 times lower (∼100 μg·mL –1 ).…”
