Abstract:Prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with acquired defects of the maxilla presents a challenging task for a prosthodontist. These goals are achieved by early diagnosis, definitive interdisciplinary management, and restoration of the defect with a definitive prosthesis. This case report describes the complete prosthodontic rehabilitation of a rare case of monostotic fibrous dysplasia of the right maxilla in a middle-aged woman.
