Prosthetic rehabilitation of necrotic maxilla sequelae of faulty denture: report of a rare case

Abstract: Faulty complete denture can lead to deleterious effects on residual ridges. These deleterious effects are further severed if patient is systematically compromised as in Diabetes mellitus.
