Prosthetic Hemi-Arthroplasty for Post-Traumatic Articular Cartilage Loss in the Proximal Interphalangeal Joint

Abstract: This article discusses the indications, contra-indications, and technique for proximal interphalangeal joint prosthetic hemi-arthroplasty in the setting of sub-acute or chronic post-traumatic articular cartilage loss.
