Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) is a membrane-bound metallopeptidase highly expressed in the neovasculature of many solid tumors including gliomas. It is a particularly enticing therapeutic target due to its ability to internalize, thereby delivering radioligands or pharmaceuticals to the intracellular compartment.
