Prostate Cancer in Sub Saharan Africa

Abstract: Prostate cancer is the leading male cancer worldwide. While there are abundant data on the epidemiology, natural history, treatment and outcomes of the disease in the US and many developed countries, prostate cancer is a good example of cancer disparity in that a little is known about the disease in Sub Saharan Africa.
