Prostaglandins and Migraine

Abstract: SYNOPSIS A theory of migraine etiology should explain clinical features, biochemical correlates, and actions of effective therapies. Prostaglandin El (PGE1) involvement in migraine has been investigated, but the findings did not fulfill the above criteria.
