Abstract:O câncer de colo de útero é o câncer do trato genital mais comum e o fator de risco mais importante para seu desenvolvimento é a infecção pelo vírus HPV. Mas, outros fatores relacionados ao hospedeiro, como imunidade e hábitos de vida, podem contribuir para o surgimento da neoplasia.
