Abstract: Thermoelectric module (TEM) is a scalable, reliable, and noise-free solid-state device that converts thermal energy into electrical energy and vice-versa. TEM has been explored for cogeneration, electronics cooling, power production, waste heat harnessing, and air-conditioning.
