Prospects of freight traffic redirection from rail to water transport through the example of the Amur Basin and coal export transportation

Abstract: The authors consider the prospects for the development of coal industry and its export potential. The facts of the development of mass transportation of coal by rail in the direction of port transport hubs are given. There is an acute problem of finding new supply channels.
