Abstract:The article is devoted to debatable aspects of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. The eradication cancer-preventive effects are considered. A negative comorbidity between H. pylori infection and such diseases as gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease and bronchial asthma has been described.
