Prospective study of fetomaternal outcome in epilepsy in pregnancy in a tertiary care hospital

Abstract: Background: Epilepsy is the second most common neurological disorder in obstetrics after migraine. There are conflicting reports about the effect of epilepsy on pregnancy.
