Prospective longitudinal comparative study showed that breastfeeding outcomes were comparable in preterm twins and singleton infants

Abstract: Approximately 27% of preterm infants are twins. 1 Twin pregnancies pose an increased risk for both mothers and their infants 2 and these can have consequences for the initiation and success of breastfeeding.
