Prospective IS-MST radar. Potential and diagnostic capabilities

В ближайшие годы в районе Иркут-ска планируется строительство радара, сочетающего в себе возможности радаров некогерентного рассея-ния (НР) и мезосферно-стратосферно-тропосферных радаров (МСТ) [Жеребцов и др., 2011].
