Abstract

This scientific article examines the main stages of the formation and development of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation as a state institution that oversees the observance and execution of legal acts of the state by the state authorities of our country, as well as the place of the Prosecutor’s Office in the system of separation of powers.
