Proposta de critérios técnicos para a utilização de reesíduos não perigosos

Abstract

The mineral extraction is of great importance in the country's economy, generating in-come and employment for the population. But it is a potentially degrading activity, with very striking environmental change, leading to degradation of area, with the removal of non-renewable minerals and leaving pits exhausted with the requirement to be recov-ered. The aim of this study is to propose technical criteria for choosing an area degrad-ed by mining that can be retrieved using waste from mining for your own fulfillment. For this, technical criteria established in normative instruments were analyzed, information about APA Stone Elephant, in Nova Venécia - ES where this technique is being used, as well as a consulting experts who act was performed in the mining area and solid waste management for public agencies and private companies. From the responses obtained appears to be a list containing technical, fundamental criteria for the choice of areas degraded by mining, which can be retrieved using the waste activity itself.
