“…Such type of 'anthropogenic soils' has received most attention and some names have been suggested [15] - [16] - [17] - [18] - [19]. In the WRB these soils were not retained as Anthrosols because of they have not been subjected, for a sufficiently period of time, to pedogenetic processes.…”

“…Toomanian et al (2003) focused on gypsiferous soils in Central Iran and argued that the WRB seems to be the most appropriate system for the classification of these soils. Dazzi et al (2009) proposed a new diagnostic horizon for Anthrosols in WRB as a "geomiscic" horizon which can be succinctly defined as a horizon that develops when a layer of at least 30 cm thick and of different kinds of earthy materials is added to the soil using earthmoving equipment. Charzyński et al (2013) proposed that new qualifiers of Edific, Nekric, Misceric, Artefactic, Radioactivic and new specifier of Technic be added to Technosols in WRB.…”

“…The term pedotechnique (Fanning and Balluff Fanning, 1989), indicates all those anthropogenic activities, that since 1980 have seen a growing influence of man on pedogenesis and on soilscapes (as for example in agriculture management, or for waste disposal, or in mining operations, etc. ), both by the selection and evaluation of suitable materials for the "construction" of soils, or by the use of appropriate procedures to modify the characteristics of the soil, till the construction of soils for specific purposes, such as happens in large scale farming (Dazzi and Monteleone, 2007;Dazzi et al, 2009;Lo Papa et al, 2011).…”
