RESUMENEste trabajo se centra en el análisis de la influencia de las variaciones de materiales sobre el comportamiento reológico de los hormigones autocompactantes fabricados con árido grueso reciclado. Se diseña un hormigón autocompactante patrón y tres reciclados con porcentajes de sustitución del 20%, 50% y 100% en volumen. Asimismo, en cada una de estas mezclas se aplican variaciones en el contenido de agua, superplastificante y cemento para simular los errores que se producen en las plantas de fabricación: ± 3% en el agua, ± 5% en el superplastificante y ± 3% en el cemento. Todos los hormigones se estudian en estado fresco mediante los ensayos reológicos stress growth test y flow curve test. Mediante reógrafos se evalúan los cambios reológicos que los incrementos o decrementos de agua, superplastificante o cemento pueden ocasionar. Los resultados permiten estudiar a qué variación de material es más sensible un hormigón autocompactante reciclado (HACR) y qué porcentajes de árido reciclado sería más recomendable utilizar para obtener un hormigón robusto.PALABRAS CLAVE: árido reciclado, hormigón autocompactante, reología, composición. 1.-INTRODUCCIÓNEl hormigón autocompactante (HAC) es una nueva clase de hormigón de altas prestaciones que se puede distribuir fácilmente bajo su propio peso y llenar secciones restringidas, o elementos estructurales congestionados por gran densidad de armadura, sin necesidad de emplear la compactación mecánica y sin sufrir ninguna separación significativa de sus componentes (sin segregación) [1].Los HACs no requieren exigencias específicas en el proceso de fabricación y amasado respecto al hormigón convencional. Journal of Architectural Engineering Technology AbstractThis paper intends to study the possibility of producing fiber recycled self-compacting concrete (FRSCC) using demolitions concrete as a coarse aggregate. Polypropylene fibers (P.P.F) were used in recycled self-compacting concrete (RSCC) with different percentages of coarse recycled concrete aggregate. Nine concrete mixtures were set up to accomplish the objective proposed at this paper. Polypropylene fibers fraction changed from 0% to 0.15% by the volume of concrete and the ratio replacement of recycled coarse aggregate with natural aggregate was 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. The fresh properties of (FRSCC) and (RSCC) were assessed utilizing V-funnel, L-box and slump flow tests. Flexural strength, compression strength, and tensile strength tests were performed with a specific end goal to examine mechanical properties. The results indicate that the optimum volume fraction of polypropylene fibers was (0.1%) for the mixes contained recycled coarse aggregate (75%), for optimum content of (P.P.F), the compression strength, flexural strength, and splitting tensile strength; improved by (34%), (14%), and (8.1%), respectively with consideration to control mix. Also the flexural strength and the tensile strength for the mixes were improved with increasing the fibers ratio compared with control mix.
